Students
	In meeting the needs of our Students, Providence will focus on:
	• Student discipleship with an emphasis on spiritual formation. • Critical thinking and biblical worldview as an integral part of each area of the school program in an effort to assist students in defending their faith. • Programs like Understanding by Design to promote student understanding of curriculum in addition to instructional approaches like Differentiated Instruction for addressing diverse student interests, gifts, strengths, and weaknesses. • A curriculum-wide emphasis on writing and speaking skills that will impact all aspects of life including the academic, personal, vocational, and spiritual. • A culture of leadership development which seeks to allow God-given talents to be recognized and experienced as children mature and begin considering God’s calling on their lives. • An ongoing iProv initiative to determine the most constructive integration of technology and its relevance to life. • Continued support of service in experiencing and sharing what God has designed for us all. • Effectively communicating the strong relationship between the Providence mission and Providence curriculum/teaching.
