	My coaching philosophy is to motivate my players to work hard and achieve their goals.  I want my players to play hard every possession and every practice while being at their best, regardless of the situation.  My biggest goal is that my players display a Christ like attitude on and off the court and have this attitude carry on with them after their time with me. We have a lot of new faces on the JV team this year so I am excited to see how this team progresses and how the team will gel.
