	My goal as a coach is to develop a strong winning tradition coupled with an even stronger focus on the character and integrity of my athletes on and off the court. I hope to continue to develop a classy program full of girls who provide leadership to underclassmen and who can be counted on to set the example of what Godly competitors look like for teams we play. As girls progress from middle school to varsity volleyball, they will grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically as we learn to work together to glorify God on and off the volleyball court. With eight returning varsity players and four returning starters, the upcoming Providence volleyball season should be the best yet. With a group of girls who have been dedicated to improving their skills in the off season and with a wealth of varsity experience that we have not had previously, I am expecting great things out of this team. We are playing a slightly more difficult schedule in order to prepare us for the Area and State tournaments, and I hope to see all of their hard work be rewarded.
