Transcript Requests
All requests for transcripts must be submitted in writing. A transcript request form is available in the Guidance Office and on our website. Three school days notice is required, and 10 school days notice for recommendations. Official transcripts with the official school seal (a stamped imprint in relief) are sent between institutions. No other transcripts will have the official school seal.

Transcript Requests before Extended Vacations
The Guidance Office will not process any requests the day before dismissal for Thanksgiving holidays, Christmas holidays, or Spring Break.
