Providence Christian Academy was founded in 1991 in response to the need for an
interdenominational, parent-sponsored independent Christian School located in the
northeast section of suburban Atlanta. Since that time, Providence Christian Academy
has expanded its enrollment, facilities, and programs to include twenty-four acres
of property in Lilburn, Georgia. Facilities include elementary and high school buildings,
two gymnasiums, athletic fields and a field house. Admissions decisions are based
upon the application process, standardized test results, previous academic records
and an interview.
Students who graduate from Providence Christian Academy complete a rigorous, traditional,
college-preparatory curriculum, which includes fine arts, the humanities, the sciences,
and four years of Biblical studies. In addition, each student contributes to the
community by providing sixty hours of service.
