Administration
The Providence Christian Academy administrative team exists to assist, support, and enable the faculty
and staff in our ministry of partnership with the Christian home. In partnership, and through God’s
guidance, our aim is discipling children who are growing in their walk with Christ, demonstrating academic
excellence, and impacting the world in which they live. This is accomplished through a close working
relationship between the administration, staff, parents, students, and Board of Directors. The Parent
Teacher Fellowship also works with the Administration, and plays a key role in this effort to provide
a true sense of Christian community for the entire Providence family.

The PCA Board is the policy setting body of the academy. Primarily comprised of parents and alumni parents,
the Board, through prayer and careful deliberation, seeks to formulate mission and vision-focused policy
directing the growth and quality of PCA's programs.

Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) Board
The purpose of the PTF Board is to provide a framework in which both parent and teacher, through a mutual
understanding of the issues involved in Christian education and of the needs of the child, may work
together for each student’s best interests in developing intellectual, spiritual, physical, and emotional
maturity.

Pastors Advisory Council (PAC)
The Pastors Advisory Council, made up of Providence dads, was established with the founding of the school
as a group of godly men who have the responsibility of providing ongoing spiritual advice, guidance,
and accountability to the Board of Directors concerning the mission and statement of faith of the academy.
